Billing questions
How do credits work?
A check uses 1 credit for up to 1,000 characters, plus 1 credit for every additional 1,000 characters. Polish mode counts double, and failed checks are never charged.
When do my credits reset?
Free credits reset every day at midnight UTC. Pro credits reset monthly on the day your subscription started, including on yearly plans.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Open Manage subscription from your account to change your billing period. The change applies from your next billing date.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account moves to the free plan. The history on your Mac is untouched.
Do you offer refunds?
If Recorrect Typing isn't right for you, contact us within the refund window described in our refund policy.
Who processes payments?
Waffo is our Merchant of Record. Waffo handles payments, invoices and the sales tax or VAT for your country, so you'll see Waffo on your statement.
What happens if a payment fails?
Waffo retries the payment and you keep Pro during a short grace period. If the payment still doesn't go through, your account moves to the free plan.
